NeuHeils Silicone Foam Dressing with Border 3'' x 3‘’, 20 pieces each box, has an advanced unique multilayered construction that consist of three-layers absorbent foam pad, the perforated silicone gel wound contact layer and a highly permeable waterproof outer film.

Comfortable, lock the wound exudates, reduce skin maceration risk.

Minimize trauma & pain but allow to be repositioned.

Waterproof to maintain a moist wound environment for faster healing.

Provide cushion and redistribute pressure.

Indicated for a wide range of moderate to high exuding wounds, such as pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, bed sore, foot diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, 1st and 2nd degree burns, traumatic wounds e.g. abrasions and skin tears.

Depending on wound location, the dressing could be supported by stocks or stocking etc. If necessary, secure the dressing with tapes or bandages.

1. The central absorbent hydrocellular pad size 1.8'' x 1.8'' should be bigger than the wound size.

2. Hold the dressing by hand gently to active the adhesiveness before moving.

3. Prevent cloths or equipment from rubbing on the ends of the patch to longer using.

4. When necessary, secure the dressing with tapes, bandages or another fixation. Depending on the wound location, the dressing could also be supported by socks, stocking etc.

5. The dressing is waterproof but not shower proof, which means that the liquid will not cross from one side of dressing to the other side but liquid can

leak through the edge under the adhesive layer and loosen the adhesion.
